General Inquiries & Account Deletion

 Please follow the instructions below to submit your request.

General Requests: Please submit your request through the designated request board.

Account Deletion Requests: Please send an email using the following format:

1. Sign in to the Apple or Google account you use for the game.
2. Email subject: [Account Deletion Request]
3. Email body: Include the Apple or Google account ID you use for the game.
4. Send to: gamshafthelp@gmail.com

※ You must send the email from the account you use for the game.
(Your account deletion request may be denied if it is not sent from your own Gmail account.)

Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. Processing your request may take up to one week.

Please consider your decision carefully before submitting an account deletion request.
